The Role

As a BIM Coordinator, you will be a key part of the design and delivery process, ensuring seamless BIM integration across major projects. Reporting to the BIM Lead, you will:

• Lead BIM coordination and act as the primary BIM contact on projects.
• Set up and maintain ISO 19650-compliant models, workflows, and documentation.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, clients, and external consultants.
• Conduct clash detection, issue resolution, and federated model reviews.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams to enhance BIM capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a BIM Coordinator within a UK architectural practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK BIM standards (ISO 19650, BS1192, BS8536).
• Background in architecture or architectural design (MA in Architecture or equivalent).
• Confident communicator with the ability to lead BIM meetings and liaise with clients and consultants.
