Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, oversee, and track design delivery across all workstreams against milestones (including CDM, Planning, and Building Control).
  • Manage and administer NEC3/NEC4 contract mechanics, including scope changes, Early Warnings, and Compensation Events.
  • Oversee project commercials, internal/external cost reporting, and manage design risk/issue registers.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage supply chain performance, identify resource requirements, and mentor junior staff.
  • Report project performance to Directors and manage communications/resolutions with the client’s project management team.

Skills and Experience

  • Significant experience in a complex Construction or Engineering environment.
  • 5+ years of hands-on NEC3/NEC4 contract administration and commercial governance experience.
  • Formal NEC qualifications/training are highly advantageous.
  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong commercial literacy, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
