Working as part of an award-winning healthcare team, you will contribute to the delivery of complex and impactful projects, including acute hospitals, clinical research facilities, diagnostic centres and large-scale masterplans. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to the design and delivery of complex healthcare projects across all RIBA stages.
- Develop innovative and research-led design solutions that improve patient experience and clinical outcomes.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and oversee high-quality design, technical and presentation information.
- Support project planning, programme management and design coordination.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Contribute to business development activities and the continued growth of the healthcare portfolio.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Architect with strong UK project experience.
- Experience delivering complex projects within the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent design, technical and coordination skills across all project stages.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Passion for innovative, user-centred design and creating environments that positively impact communities.
