Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join their growing architectural team based in Manchester.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including large-scale cladding remediation schemes alongside residential, commercial and mixed-use architectural projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality technical information using Revit, working collaboratively with architects, consultants and contractors to deliver compliant, buildable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities Produce detailed technical drawings, models and construction information using Revit.
Assist in the delivery of cladding remediation projects, including the development of compliant façade and external wall solutions.
Support the design and technical delivery of a variety of architectural projects across multiple sectors.
Prepare planning, Building Regulations and construction drawing packages.
Coordinate information with structural, MEP and specialist consultants.
Ensure designs comply with current UK Building Regulations, relevant standards and project requirements.
Attend project meetings and assist with site inspections as required.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of BIM standards and project documentation.
Work collaboratively within project teams to meet programme deadlines while maintaining high technical standards.
