Overview
Base pay range: We’re currently supporting a busy architecture practice that’s looking to bring on 1–3 experienced contractors for an upcoming push over the next 2–3 months, ending around mid to late November. This short-term contract is focused on early-stage design (RIBA 2+) work, so no heavy technical detailing required – just solid modelling, drawing production, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support early-stage design (RIBA 2+) with solid modelling and drawing production
- Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and maintain design quality
- Produce drawings and cuts from models
Qualifications
- Architect level with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
- Part 2 Architectural Assistant with 1–5 years of experience
- Proficiency in Bentley OpenBuildings Designer (OBD) and MicroStation is essential
- Experience on metro or large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred
- Strong modelling skills and ability to produce drawings from models
- Ability to work independently and manage project deadlines
