This growing firm specialises in healthcare, science labs, and higher education projects with prestigious clients. They are currently seeking Architects with well-rounded stage experience, ideally including job running, to work on innovative and complex laboratory and healthcare projects.
About the Role
This is a unique chance to work on exciting projects for academic organisations and end users, from initial design to completion. You will lead projects and small teams, coordinate with consultants, authorities, and contractors, and produce high-quality information using ArchiCAD (training available if needed). Your responsibilities will include developing challenging briefs, detailed design development across all RIBA stages, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

- Lead projects and small teams to develop detailed design across all RIBA stages.
- Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and contractors.
- Write ongoing reports for key stages of work.
- Utilize technical skills across all aspects of a project.
- Ensure understanding of the design and construction process.
- Strive for design excellence, continuing to develop the company's aesthetic.
Skills and Experience
- Fully qualified ARB/Part III Architect with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Proven job running experience and the ability to lead projects from start to finish.
- Experience working on high-quality and technically challenging projects.
- Demonstrable experience working through all RIBA stages with a rigorous approach to technical stages.
- Good working knowledge of ArchiCAD is beneficial but not essential (training provided).
- Excellent communication skills with the team, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
