Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and delivery of large-scale architectural commercial projects
• Work collaboratively with senior architects, clients, and consultants to develop creative, practical, and sustainable design solutions.
• Create and manage detailed Revit models and coordinate architectural drawings, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Prepare presentations, design reports, and other documentation for client meetings and project approvals.
• Assist in the preparation of technical specifications and construction documentation.
• Support project coordination, ensuring all project deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Participate in site visits, client meetings, and design workshops.

Skills and Experience:

• Part III Architectural qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong proficiency in Revit (essential).
• Demonstrable experience technical delivery RIBA Stages 3 onwards.
• Proven experience working on commercial projects.
• A creative, solution-oriented mindset with an eagerness to take on exciting and complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and cutting-edge building technologies is advantageous.
