You\’ll assume responsibility for managing sophisticated projects through all design phases, serving as the primary liaison between multidisciplinary teams, clients, and external consultants. Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of advanced technology and data centre projects from initial concept through to completion across all RIBA work stages
- Serve as the central coordination point for consultant teams, client relationships, and internal project delivery
- Monitor project budgets, programming, and quality control while preserving design integrity and technical excellence
- Direct teams in developing comprehensive design documentation, planning applications, and detailed technical packages
- Champion Revit implementation and establish best-practice BIM methodologies across project workflows
- Cultivate and maintain strong client partnerships through clear communication and expectation management
Skills & Experience:
- ARB registration required; RIBA Chartered status highly valued
- Minimum 3-5 years post-qualification experience in commercial architecture with demonstrated large-scale project leadership
- Established experience guiding teams through complete design and construction processes
- Advanced Revit capabilities essential; proficiency in additional 3D modelling software beneficial
