We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Punch Press Setter to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong machine setting experience, knowledge of Trumpf controls, and a good eye for quality. You will initially start on a day shift for training before moving onto the afternoon shift, working 2:00pm to 10:00pm.

The Role
As a CNC Punch Press Setter, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC punch press machinery to produce high‑quality components to specification.
Duties
- Setting and operating CNC punch press machines
- Working with Trumpf controls
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Carrying out quality checks on finished parts
- Adjusting machine settings where required
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
- Using measuring equipment accurately
- Working safely and maintaining a clean production area
- Supporting operators and other team members where needed
About You
You will have previous experience as a CNC Punch Press Setter, machine setter, CNC operator, punch press setter, or sheet metal machine operator.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous CNC punch press setting experience
- Experience using Trumpf controls
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes
- Programming experience, which would be an advantage
- FLT licence, which is desirable but not essential
- A reliable and flexible approach to work
