We are looking for a part time housekeeper for a lovely client in Hammersmith who lives in a 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms property.

The family is composed of 2 adults.

Maintaining the general cleanliness across the house – areas covered: kitchen, living and dining area, hallway and stairs, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (note: not all are occupied / used frequently)

Duties include but not limited to:

• Wiping all surfaces
• Removing dirt and stains
• Vacuuming and mopping floor
• Changing bedsheets (upon request)

Deep Cleaning (Monthly). Hours: Additional 6 hours per calendar month

Note: The 6 hours can either be distributed across the regular weekly sessions (e.g. additional 1 or 2 hours per week), or done on a separate day, as long as all the deep-clean tasks are completed within the month.

The following duties must be done at least once a month unless stated otherwise:

• Cleaning windows (accessible areas only)
• Cleaning gaps in sliding doors (to remove cobwebs/spiders)
• Wipe off dust from the skirting boards
• Cleaning the terrace: removing debris/dried leaves, general rinsing and brushing; pressure washing every 3 months
• Sweeping the small garden area and removing weeds from plant bed; pressure washing every 3 months
• Clean and wipe the shoe rack
• Clean and wipe the inside of cabinet compartments e.g. kitchen, TV cabinets (exclude book shelves)
• Wiping the inside of fridge compartments (excluding freezer)
• Cleaning the dishwasher
• Cleaning the cooker hood filter

The client is planning to adopt a cat later this year so you mustn’t be allergic to cats. You will have to clean the cat litter box as part of your weekly duties.

Days and Hours:

1 day a week for 4 hours. Ideally a Monday or a Friday (but can also do Tue, Wed or Thu) and ideally mornings starting8.30am or earlier

Start: 1 st week of July 2025

The right candidate will be:

Experienced

Trustworthy

Someone who is looking to stay long term

Someone who is ok/ is not allergic to cats

Up to £25 per hour gross (ideally self employed)
