We are seeking a highly capable, discreet, and proactive Hybrid Driver / Personal Assistant / Houseman to support a private high-net-worth household in London. This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards across driving, household operations, and personal support.

Duties:

  • Driving & Transport:
    • Provide safe, punctual, and professional driving for principal(s).
    • Maintain vehicles to impeccable standards (cleanliness, servicing, fuel, inspections).
    • Occasional airport transfers and longer-distance driving.
  • Household Support:
    • Assist with day-to-day running of the household and errands as needed.
    • Perform light maintenance tasks when needed.
    • Support with deliveries, inventory management, and household organisation.
    • Assist with basic property oversight.
    • Provide daily care to the family’s dog (walks, feeding at times, etc).
  • Personal Assistant Duties:
    • Run errands (shopping, returns, collections, etc.).
    • Support with ad hoc administrative or logistical tasks.
    • Be responsive to last-minute requests and changing priorities.

Working days and hours: The role is full time, either 5 or 6 days a week, from 8am to 6pm or from 9am to 7pm with flexibility. Open to flexible days and hours.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role within a private household or HNW environment.
  • Full UK driving licence with a clean record; confident driving in London.
  • Highly discreet, trustworthy, and professional.
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Flexible with working hours, including occasional evenings/weekends.
  • Available to travel (ideally).
  • Calm under pressure and able to anticipate needs.
