The role would suit someone with strong private household, chef support, kitchen assistant, housekeeper/cook or hospitality kitchen experience who is confident working in a structured, demanding environment.

- One person covering the later shift, approximately 3pm / 4pm to 11pm
- Weekend cover will be required
- Weekend days may involve longer shifts depending on household needs
- The rota is expected to allow each person regular time off, including weekend time off where possible
Candidates must be comfortable with a rolling / rotational-style setup and understand that some flexibility will be required, particularly while the structure is being finalised.
Duties Will Include
- Supporting the Chef with food preparation
- Washing, preparing and organising ingredients
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and fully operational
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and kitchen standards
- Assisting during busy service periods
- Helping with deliveries, unpacking and stock rotation
- Keeping fridges, stores and work areas tidy and well managed
- Supporting the smooth running of the kitchen across the day
- Clearing down and resetting the kitchen properly
- General kitchen assistance as required
Important Note
This is a demanding private household environment and the client needs people who can step in quickly, work hard, and support the Chef properly. Candidates must be confident that they can manage the pace, standards and flexibility required. Only strong, committed and genuinely capable candidates should be considered.
