An exceptional opportunity for an experienced House Manager to oversee a newly renovated 20,000 sq ft private residence in Belgravia. This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role supporting a highly private household within a professional family office structure.
The Role
- Full responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the home
- Oversight of housekeeping standards, maintenance, tidying, daily checks, cleaning and repairs
- Management of household systems (HVAC, lighting, AV) in line with family preferences
- Laundry dry cleaning and wardrobe management
- Coordination of staff, contractors and third-party suppliers
- Inventory control, deliveries, wardrobe care and household organisation
- Preparation and hosting of events in collaboration with the principals and EA team
- Ad-hoc lifestyle support, including some driving with notice
Requirements
- Proven experience 5-10 years experience managing a large, high-value private residence with longevity of 3 years +
- Technically confident and comfortable troubleshooting household systems
- Highly proactive, organised and solutions-focused
- Discreet, emotionally intelligent and comfortable working behind the scenes
- Experienced administrator confident with organisational tools such as Excel, Whatsapp and email
- Flexible, positive and adaptable with a no-task-too-small approach
