We design and build websites and software applications, as well as manage the online marketing for a large number of clients across Dorset and further afield. To help achieve our goals and ambitions, we’re looking for another specialist to join our team.

We’re seeking a skilled and data-driven Paid Media Specialist (or Paid Social Media Buyer) with hands-on experience creating, managing and optimising paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and PPC platforms. You will work closely with both our PPC and Social Media teams to plan and execute effective, scalable campaigns that deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads
  • Analyse performance data to make recommendations, improve ROI, and maximise campaign effectiveness
  • Work collaboratively with the PPC and Social Media teams to deliver integrated strategies
  • Prepare performance reports and communicate insights to internal teams and clients
  • Conduct ongoing audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive research
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, new features, and best practices
About You

You’ve spent 2/3+ years working with Paid Performance Campaigns, ideally within an agency environment. You’re confident managing campaigns across both Google, Meta and LinkedIn with a focus on performance. You understand tracking, attribution and conversions – experienced with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Ads Manager, etc. You’re data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills. You enjoy working collaboratively within a fast-paced, supportive team environment. You have a creative streak to come up with engaging and results-oriented ad copy.
