We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an experienced Internal Account Manager to join their Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in internal sales, account management, or customer service within the engineering, manufacturing, or metal distribution sectors.
The Role
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Liaise with purchasing, warehouse and logistics teams.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Deliver excellent customer service from enquiry through to delivery.
About You
- Experience as an Internal Account Manager, Internal Sales Executive, Sales Coordinator, or Customer Account Manager.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
