£40,000 Our client is a supplier of industrial cladding and fabricated flashings. They are growing fast and need an experienced Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join their team. Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator Role will include:
Customer service
phone/email support, product and pricing enquiries Preparing quotations and processing sales orders Coordinating production schedules with fabrication team Logistics planning for collections and nationwide deliveries Stock control, supplier ordering and supply chain coordination Maintaining records in Sage; Excel reporting and pricing checks About you: Experience in cladding, roofing, fabrication or building materials would be beneficial but not essential Strong communication and order management skills Confident handling logistics, transport and stock movement Excel knowledge (formulas/data entry) and experience with Sage/Xero/SAP Highly organised with a proactive approach Benefits: £35k£40k salary 20 days holiday + Christmas shutdown 5% employer pension contribution Flexible start/finish times Free breakfast Fridays Progression opportunities
