The Role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, ensuring products are delivered efficiently and on time while maintaining excellent customer service. Working closely with warehouse teams, transport providers and customers, you'll play a key role in keeping the supply chain running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic deliveries based on customer requirements and stock availability.
- Arrange and monitor UK and international shipments.
- Track customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare shipping documentation and customs paperwork.
- Coordinate import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers and third-party logistics providers.
- Manage company vehicle scheduling and logistics.
- Process incoming goods and update stock records.
- Maintain accurate data within the ERP system.
- Work closely with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
