This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in internal sales , account management , or customer service within the engineering , manufacturing , or metal distribution sectors.
The Role Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
Build long-term customer relationships.
Liaise with purchasing, warehouse and logistics teams.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Deliver excellent customer service from enquiry through to delivery.
About You Experience as an Internal Account Manager , Internal Sales Executive , Sales Coordinator , or Customer Account Manager .
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
Organised, commercially minded and customer focused.
Engineering, manufacturing, metals or industrial distribution experience is advantageous.
