About the Company: A well-established manufacturing business based in Gloucestershire looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Machine Tool Engineer to support production facility and carry out day-to-day factory maintenance.
The Machine Tool Engineer/Factory Maintenance Engineer Role: This is a predominantly Machine Tool Engineer role which is a practical role involving the maintenance, repair and improvement of machine tools alongside general day to day factory maintenance duties.
Key Responsibilities for the Machine Tool Engineer/Factory Maintenance Engineer Role:
- Maintenance, fault-finding and repair of machine tools and factory equipment
- Planned and reactive maintenance across the site
- Diagnosing and resolving hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical faults
- Installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Machine Tool Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or similar
