The predicted salary is between 22700 - 24300 £ per year.

Bespak is looking for a New Product QA for this permanent position on the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary for this role is £27.5k to £29k. Other benefits you will receive are 25 days leave plus bank holidays, discretionary annual bonus, generous 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking, and medical / dental / health / life assurance.

Working Pattern – Monday to Friday usual working times of 8:30am to 5:00pm with an 8:30 am to 3:45pm finish on a Friday. There is some flexibility on start and finish times.

As a New Product QA, you'll play a vital role in the introduction of new products to Bespak. Your duties will include:

  • Perform method development activities.
  • Perform method validation activities.
  • Perform method transfer activities.
  • Conducting lab testing and analysis of samples.
  • Investigating issues and identifying root causes.
  • Coaching and training team members.
  • Driving improvements and managing change.
  • Analysing data and contributing to quality.
  • Providing analytical support for audits.

New Product QA beneficial key skills and experience:

  • Strong technical knowledge of QC and GMP.
  • Technical knowledge of analytical method development and validation.
  • Experience in method transfers.
  • Proficiency in LIMS, MS Office applications.
  • Proven ability in project and investigation participation.
  • Familiarity with global pharmaceutical regulations.

Holmes Chapel is a beautiful village in Cheshire with excellent transport links via its railway station on the Crewe-Manchester Line, proximity to the motorway network and Manchester Airport. The National Parks of the Peak District, Lake District and Eryri (Snowdonia) are within easy reach. The village has a population of nearly 7,000 and offers various amenities, including supermarkets, shops, restaurants, schools, and a GP practice.

This could suit someone who has experience as a method development analyst, Quality Specialist, Quality Assurance Technician or Quality Control Inspector.
