Bespak are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for a permanent role for the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary for this role is Β£49,000 to Β£60,000 plus a discretionary annual bonus. Other benefits include 25 days leave plus bank holidays, a generous 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking, and medical/dental/health/life insurance.
Days Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 9am start / 4.30pm - 5pm finish; 4pm finish on Friday possible). There is some flexibility on start and finish times.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and selecting top talent across scientific, technical, operational, and corporate functions. You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless, high-quality recruitment experience while upholding compliance standards in a regulated environment. This role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic process improvement, early careers development, and supplier relationship management whilst being a key contributor to employer brand strength, data-driven decision-making, and long-term organisational capability.
Responsibilities:
- Attracting, securing, and retaining specialist talent essential to operating in a regulated pharmaceutical/GMP environment.
- Accountable for end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and an exceptional candidate and line manager experience.
- Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR, providing market insight, recruitment best practice, and workforce planning support.
- Building sustainable talent pipelines, including early careers and future skills development.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment, ideally within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other highly regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of technical and scientific talent markets.
- Experience using recruitment platforms and data to inform hiring decisions.
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing recruitment agencies or preferred supplier lists (PSLs).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capability.
Desirable:
- Involvement in early careers, graduate, or apprenticeship programmes.
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance, including GDPR, right-to-work, and GMP-regulated hiring.
- Professional certification or accreditation in Recruitment and/or HR.
- Experience interpreting psychometric or aptitude assessment outputs to support hiring decisions.
