Bespak is looking for a Senior Equipment Support Analyst for the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. This is a permanent, onsite role. The salary for this role is £31k to £37k. Other benefits you will receive are 25 days leave plus bank holidays, discretionary annual bonus, generous 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking, and medical / dental / health / life assurance.
Working Pattern – Monday to Friday usual working times of 8:30am to 5:00pm with an 8:30 am to 3:45pm finish on a Friday. There is some flexibility on start and finish times within the needs of the business.
As a Senior Equipment Support Analyst, you will be a vital member of the Quality Control (QC) team, providing essential technical support for the routine operation of laboratory equipment and systems. You will manage the planning and completion of equipment calibration and maintenance, ensuring compliant and on-time delivery of product to market. You will take responsibility for the control of contract engineers while on site completing service work on the lab equipment, ensuring safety as their site/QC contact. This role involves resolving equipment issues, leading improvement projects, and ensuring all activities meet exacting standards of GMP, Site procedures, HSE, and LEAN. You'll also leverage your expertise to coach, train, and problem-solve across various QC functions.
As a Senior Equipment Support Analyst your duties will include:
- Providing technical support for laboratory equipment.
- Managing equipment calibration and maintenance schedules.
- Qualifying lab equipment for introduction or replacement.
- Leading and supporting equipment improvement projects.
- Coaching and training other QC team members.
- Leading investigations and implementing CAPAs.
