Bespak is looking to recruit a Quality Systems Manager to join our team at our Holmes Chapel site (CW4 8BE). This is an initial 18-month temporary contract, offering an annual salary of £60,000 plus benefits.

Quality Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Manager to lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards while driving excellence across quality systems and processes.

Leading a team of Quality professionals, you will oversee core quality activities including deviation management, CAPA, change control, complaints handling, document management, quality metrics, and management review processes. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining inspection readiness, supporting regulatory submissions, and implementing improvements that strengthen quality performance across the site.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative and influential leader with a passion for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape quality strategy, develop team capability, and drive initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness while ensuring the highest standards of product quality and patient safety.

Holmes Chapel is a beautiful village in Cheshire with excellent transport links via its railway station on the Crewe-Manchester Line, proximity to the motorway network and Manchester Airport.
