As a Qualification & Validation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our facilities, utilities, manufacturing and packaging equipment, processes, and computerised systems are qualified and validated to the highest regulatory and quality standards.
Working within cross-functional project teams, you will plan, execute, and document qualification and validation activities using a risk-based approach that supports project delivery while maintaining product quality and patient safety. You will provide hands-on technical expertise throughout the validation lifecycle, contributing to risk assessments, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring validation documentation is scientifically sound, inspection-ready, and completed right first time.
You will also support the management of deviations and data integrity requirements, ensuring all activities comply with GMP and regulatory expectations. As a valued technical specialist, you will work closely with the Validation Team Leader and other stakeholders to deliver projects safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget, helping to drive operational excellence across the business.
