Bespak is looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team in Holmes Chapel and play a key role in delivering the infrastructure, facilities and engineering projects that keep our pharmaceutical manufacturing site moving forward.

This is an exciting opportunity for a project manager with a strong engineering background who enjoys working on complex, multidisciplinary projects and seeing them progress from concept through to successful delivery.

You’ll take ownership of capital projects across the site, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory and operational teams to deliver projects that are safe, compliant, on time, within budget and built to the highest standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the delivery of capital investment and infrastructure projects across the Holmes Chapel site.

• Managing projects covering manufacturing utilities, facilities, buildings, process infrastructure and site services.

• Bringing together multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Managing project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks and delivery plans.

• Ensuring projects meet pharmaceutical, regulatory, quality, health & safety and engineering requirements.

• Working closely with manufacturing and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered with minimal disruption.

• Identifying opportunities to improve site infrastructure and manufacturing capability.

• Supporting projects that enable future growth, investment and long-term site development.

What you’ll bring

You’ll be an experienced Project Manager with a strong engineering foundation, ideally with experience delivering capital or infrastructure projects within a pharmaceutical, manufacturing or similarly regulated environment.

You’ll combine technical understanding with excellent project management and communication skills, and be confident managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
