We are looking for a highly motivated eQMS Project Implementation Specialist (SME) to support the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of our new eQMS platform. This is a hands-on, project-based role where you will act as the link between operational teams and system delivery, ensuring the new platform is GMP-compliant, practical, and fit for purpose. Working closely with the eQMS OCM & Team Manager and Quality Systems SME Lead, you will contribute across the full system lifecycle—from process mapping and design workshops through to testing, go-live, and hypercare.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the review and development of current and future-state quality processes
- Represent site requirements in supplier workshops and system design sessions
- Contribute to URS, configuration documentation, and system specifications
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test execution and defect resolution
- Assist with data migration, cleansing, and verification activities
- Work with operational teams to ensure effective engagement across the project lifecycle
- Support change management activities, including training and communications
- Provide hands-on support during go-live, cutover, and hypercare
- Collaborate with cross-site teams to deliver a standardised solution across Holmes Chapel and King’s Lynn
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of GMP, QMS, and GxP requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to clearly document processes, requirements, and system needs
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with a hands-on approach
- Experience supporting eQMS / QMS system implementations
- Exposure to systems such as MasterControl, Veeva, Dot Compliance, or similar
- Experience in UAT, data migration, or validation activities
- Knowledge of computer system validation (CSV) or change management processes

- Regular collaboration and travel between Holmes Chapel and King’s Lynn may be required
