About The Role

Bespak is recruiting two Operations Managers to join our Manufacturing team at our Holmes Chapel site on a permanent basis. These are newly created roles, designed to strengthen our Manufacturing Operations structure and support the continued growth and performance of the business.

Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, you will lead and coach your team to deliver operational objectives while creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance of the production facility, ensuring the successful delivery of daily and monthly manufacturing plans. You will play a key role in improving quality, productivity, cost, and lead times by leading continuous improvement initiatives, challenging existing ways of working, and implementing sustainable operational change.

Success in this role requires a visible and inspiring leadership style that motivates teams to consistently achieve high standards of safety, quality, delivery, and performance. You will develop your people, build capability within the operation, and foster a culture focused on operational excellence.

Our preference is to recruit individuals with experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will have a proven track record of leading manufacturing teams, delivering operational performance, and driving continuous improvement within a regulated production setting.
