Lead a team of QA Specialists supporting site projects, new product introductions (NPI), and technology transfer programmes within a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring quality is embedded throughout the project lifecycle, from design and qualification through to commercialisation, while maintaining full compliance with EU GMP requirements and industry best practices.
As the primary QA representative within project governance structures, you will provide expert leadership in quality risk management, validation, change control, and quality systems oversight. Working closely with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Production, QC, Supply Chain, and Project Management, you will ensure project objectives are delivered efficiently without compromising quality, compliance or patient safety.
In addition to leading and developing a high‑performing QA team, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support regulatory inspections and audits, and play a key role in the successful introduction of new products and technologies. - Oversee quality risk management, validation, change control and quality system oversight.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, QC, Supply Chain and Project Management teams to meet project objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support regulatory inspections and audits.
- Ensure compliance with EU GMP requirements and industry best practices throughout project lifecycle.
- Experience as a QA Projects Manager or similar role in a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of EU GMP, validation, change control and quality risk management.
- Ability to lead and develop a high‑performing QA team.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
