We’re looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to join our team at Bespak’s headquarters in Cheshire. Working closely with our Engineering and Project teams, you’ll play a key role in creating and maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working environment across our site.
In this role, you’ll provide professional health, safety and environmental advice and support to managers and colleagues, ensuring compliance with UK legislation, corporate standards and industry best practice. You’ll help foster a proactive safety culture by identifying opportunities for improvement and embedding effective HSE practices throughout the business.
A key focus of the position will be supporting our Low GWP Capital Expansion (LGWP-CE) programme. You’ll provide HSE leadership, governance and technical expertise throughout the lifecycle of major capital projects, helping to ensure that health, safety and process safety risks are identified early, effectively managed and mitigated.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders across Project Management, Engineering, Facilities, Operations and HSE, as well as external regulatory bodies, you’ll support project delivery, operational readiness and the transition into ongoing operations. You’ll also champion continuous improvement by promoting best practice process safety standards and helping to strengthen our overall HSE performance.
