We are looking for a highly motivated eQMS Project Implementation Specialist (SME) to support the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of our new eQMS platform. This is a hands‑on, project‑based role where you will act as the link between operational teams and system delivery, ensuring the new platform is GMP‑compliant, practical, and fit for purpose. Working closely with the eQMS OCM & Team Manager and Quality Systems SME Lead, you will contribute across the full system lifecycle—from process mapping and design workshops through to testing, go‑live, and hypercare.
Key responsibilities
- Support the review and development of current and future‑state quality processes
- Represent site requirements in supplier workshops and system design sessions
- Contribute to URS, configuration documentation, and system specifications
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test execution and defect resolution
- Assist with data migration, cleansing, and verification activities
- Work with operational teams to ensure effective engagement across the project lifecycle
- Support change management activities, including training and communications
- Provide hands‑on support during go‑live, cutover, and hypercare
- Collaborate with cross‑site teams to deliver a standardised solution across Holmes Chapel and King’s Lynn
What we’re looking for
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of GMP, QMS, and GxP requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Ability to clearly document processes, requirements, and system needs

Desirable
- Experience supporting eQMS / QMS system implementations
- Exposure to systems such as MasterControl, Veeva, Dot Compliance, or similar
- Experience in UAT, data migration, or validation activities
- Knowledge of computer system validation (CSV) or change management processes
