The predicted salary is between 60000 - 75000 £ per year.
This newly created role within a new PMO team supports the management of the programme portfolio by identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks that could impact project cost, schedule, safety, quality, and overall delivery.
Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, the Analyst provides risk-based insights and analysis to support decision-making across the portfolio, ensuring risks are understood, managed, and mitigated so projects achieve objectives and deliver on agreed timelines.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong understanding of project and portfolio risk management, including cost and schedule risk concepts and methodologies. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, the confidence to challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders, and support the development of effective risk mitigation strategies across a complex project environment.
BespakHolmes employs over 300 people and is a pharmaceutical Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) that offers development and manufacturing solutions for medical products such as pressurised metered dose inhalers, soft mist inhalers, dry powder inhalers, nasal sprays and medical check valves.
