About the Role

Bespak is seeking an on‑site Chemical Process Engineer for our Holmes Chapel (CW4 8BE) site. The permanent role offers a salary range of £50,000–£54,000, plus benefits including 25 days leave plus bank holidays, a 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking and medical/dental/health/life assurance.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm with flexible start/finish times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, optimise and troubleshoot pMDI production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Scale up new product lines and implement technology transfers.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA and EMA regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimise production processes.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Qualified in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, FDA and EMA regulators.
  • Process validation experience (IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
