Bespak is looking to recruit an Aerosols Filling Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Holmes Chapel site (CW4 8BE). This is an initial temporary contract running until the end of 2027 offering an annual salary of £31,781.09 plus 15% shift allowance with a 3 shift rotation.
As an Aerosols Filling Operator, your role involves ensuring all activities associated with the filling, assembly, and packing are completed in an accurate and timely manner to meet local customer service requirements whilst observing cGMP and HSE requirements.
Your duties will include:
- Responsible for operating filling, assembly, and packing equipment within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment to ensure high-quality product output and compliance.
- Filling and assembling devices, operating automated packing machinery, performing in-process testing, and monitoring data to maintain and improve performance.
- Completing batch documentation, conducting material quality checks, and supporting a controlled, compliant production environment.
- Equipment cleaning to validated standards, stock movement between warehouse and production, and carrying out general ancillary tasks.
- Strong adherence to ethical standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements, with accountability for escalating issues when necessary.
- A proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental practices, including following procedures, reporting incidents, and supporting a safe working environment for all.
Beneficial key skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 GCSEs in Mathematics & Spanish and meets the required standard in the company selected aptitude tests.
- Works well within a team structure and can adapt & deal with change.
- Aerosols Packing experience is highly advantageous.
- Manufacturing experience in a cGMP environment.
