FM Hard Services Manager

Bespak is looking for an FM Hard Services Manager for the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary for this permanent onsite role is £70K plus a discretionary annual bonus. Other benefits you will receive are 25 days leave plus bank holidays, a generous 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking, and medical / dental / health / life assurance. Working Pattern – Monday to Friday, usual working times of 8.30am to 4.30pm with an 8am to 4pm finish on a Friday. There is some flexibility on start and finish times. In this FM Hard Services Manager role, you will be the go-to person for all technical and maintenance aspects of our facilities. You'll manage a team to ensure smooth operations, including handling building services, safety systems, and environmental needs. You will also oversee budgets, contractor performance and ensure we comply with all regulations. This is a leadership role where you'll work closely with other FM managers to deliver a seamless, customer-focused service. You'll play a key part in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment across our sites. As a FM Hard Services Manager role, your duties will include: * Manage Hard FM services across multiple sites. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities. * Manage budgets and contractor performance. * Lead and develop a team of maintenance professionals. * Support the development of FM strategies. FM Hard Services Manager role, beneficial key skills and experience: * Relevant qualification in an engineering discipline. * Facilities Management qualifications (e.g., IWFM). * Proven experience in Hard Facilities Management. * Knowledge of HVAC, electrical and building regulations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience with CAFM and asset management systems.
