Bespak are looking for a multi-skilled Maintenance Technician for the Kings Lynn site, PE30 2JJ. The salary range for this is between £41k-£46k, which includes the shift premium. Our generous benefits package includes:

  • 28 days leave plus bank holidays
  • 8% company pension contribution to employees 3%
  • Onsite parking

  • Discretionary annual bonus (paid out every year since 2020)

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Week 1: 6am till 2:30pm / Week 2: 2pm till 10:30pm alternating. No Weekends.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will keep our moulding, assembly, and packaging systems running smoothly and safely. You will tackle both reactive repairs and scheduled maintenance, plus you will get to train and support our manufacturing teams. Your ideas for process improvements and accurate documentation will be key. You will be working on diverse equipment, mainly cam-driven assembly systems and injection moulding machines (50t-300t) with automation, so there is plenty of variety. Your work will directly boost our production and equipment efficiency.
