Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your strong coffee knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent service will ensure every customer enjoys a memorable experience.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  • Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items meet our quality and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace in line with food safety regulations.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and offering recommendations.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver prompt service.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/coffee shop environment is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality output.
