Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items meet our quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace in line with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and offering recommendations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver prompt service.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/coffee shop environment is essential.
