Our specialist team are experts not only in completing the most thorough inspections on critical structures such as railway bridges, but also in accessing some of the most challenging locations.
What will you be doing? As a Training Coordinator for XEIAD, part of BES Infrastructure, you will be at the heart of planning, coordinating and delivering our technical training programmes, ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial scheduling through to post-course review. You will work closely with technical, planning and HR colleagues to make sure our people have the right skills, documentation and support to work safely across rail and other infrastructure environments.
- Work with the Technical Head and Training and Competency team to ensure course content and timings meet programme requirements.
- Track and share live and historic issues to support continuous improvement of all training courses.
- Ensure all course documentation is accurate, complete and in place before programmes start.
- Coordinate all training logistics by communicating requirements across all departments.
- Work with planning teams to obtain required documentation and approvals for site‑visit activities.
- Liaise with the appropriate persons to ensure that all required visits to rail and other infrastructure sites are planned and the necessary resources and procedures are in place.
- Maintain up‑to‑date training and assessment plans and review following each event to recommend improvements.
