This role is offered as a Fixed Term Contract for a maternity cover period of 6 months, based in our Preston office.
What will you be doing?
- Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, ensuring all relevant details are captured and confirmed.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with current client data, pipeline movements, and order progress.
- Complete large and complex administrative updates for key clients, including service changes and account updates.
- Support onboarding of new clients by coordinating internal set-up activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and administrative documents for the sales team and leadership.
- Act as a central point of contact between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.

To Join Our Team, You Will Need:
- Previous experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar role, ideally within a technical or service-based environment (electrical, engineering, or facilities sectors preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
