As a Reliability Technician for British Engineering Services Group, you will support our Asset Reliability division by collecting condition monitoring data whilst building your technical capability. This is a role with a clear progression path to a Reliability Engineer position upon achieving your VA2 qualification.
Responsibilities- Collect vibration data on‑site using company‑approved equipment in line with technical standards
- Support additional condition monitoring activities such as lubrication, thermography and ultrasonic testing (full training provided)
- Accurately record data and maintain asset databases and internal systems
- Ensure equipment is used correctly, maintained and calibrated
- Work closely with the Unit Leader and Operations team to meet service schedules
- Represent the business professionally on client sites and communicate effectively with customers
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures, ensuring safe working practices at all times
- Travel to sites across the UK, with occasional overnight stays
- Continuously develop your technical skills, progressing towards a Reliability Engineer role
- A starting salary from £28,000, depending on experience
