What will you be doing?
- As an Electrical Remedial Engineer for BES Electrical, you will carry out electrical testing within the social housing industry in the North West and Yorkshire area, including domestic and communal sites.
- Undertake high‑quality electrical repairs and remedial works following inspection, such as distribution board changes, RCDs and socket changes.
- Get involved in small projects such as EV installations.
- Comply with company standards of work performance and electrical policies and procedures.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Use our CRM system and reporting software to accurately record electrical documentation.
- Liaise with customers and supply‑chain partners to provide an excellent service.
- Maintain van stocks and provide information to improve first‑time fixes in the area you work within.

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation work (e.g. C&G 2330, 2360, 2357, 2365).
- City & Guilds 2391, 2394 or 2395 inspection and testing qualification.
- Positive, diverse and inclusive attitude toward both internal and external customers and colleagues.
- Flexible approach to work, willing to work overtime during busy periods.
- Available to work nights on average one week per month.
- Hard‑working, conscientious electrician who takes satisfaction from delivering great service to a prestigious client base.
- Good level of computer literacy.
- Full driving licence.
