Role Overview
As a Graduate Building Surveyor for Inspire Structures, you will support the inspection, examination and reporting of buildings and structural assets across a range of sites and infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out site examinations of buildings and structures to determine condition and performance
- Identify risks and assess structural condition in line with relevant standards
- Compile, review and submit clear and accurate condition and examination reports
- Work under mentorship towards STE5 competency
- Champion health, safety, wellbeing, quality and environmental best practice on every project
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Examiners where required

Requirements
- A degree in Building Surveying
- Good knowledge of buildings and structures including structural theory and behaviour
- Willingness to travel nationally
- Medically fit for rail work and able to hold the appropriate railway medical
- Full UK Driving Licence
