We are supporting an international manufacturing organisation in the appointment of a Global Head of Technology. Operating across multiple sites and regions, the business is investing significantly in strengthening its operational, commercial and digital capabilities as it continues to mature. Technology is a central enabler of this evolution. Key programmes are underway to modernise core systems, including a global ERP rollout, and to enhance applications, infrastructure, data visibility, cybersecurity and service delivery across a diverse operational footprint.
The Global Head of Technology will provide strategic and operational leadership across the full technology landscape. They will shape IT strategy, establish stronger governance, improve service performance and lead a multi‑disciplinary international team. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, this individual will ensure technology effectively supports manufacturing, supply chain and commercial operations across multiple sites.
We are seeking an experienced IT leader with a strong track record in complex, multisite manufacturing or industrial environments. Key experience should include:
- Leading technology modernisation across infrastructure, applications and enterprise systems
- Delivering major transformation programmes, ideally including ERP implementation across international sites
- Strengthening IT operating models, governance, service management and cyber maturity
- Building and developing global or geographically dispersed teams
- Working closely with operational, manufacturing and commercial functions to embed systems and support performance
The successful candidate will combine strategic clarity with hands‑on leadership, and will be adept at delivering change through influence, collaboration and strong stakeholder engagement. This is a high‑impact role within an organisation that is evolving and investing for the long term.
