IOSH, the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, is seeking a Head of Governance to provide strategic leadership across the full governance lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance, board effectiveness and robust constitutional management.

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Governance, you will advise the Chair of Trustees and the Board on charity matters, lead a small Governance Team (3–4 FTE) and oversee elections, member discipline and governance policy development.
