Berwick Care is seeking a reliable and hardworking Seasonal Bank Gardener to join our team during the peak gardening season. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the beauty and safety of our grounds, ensuring a welcoming and well-kept environment for all. This is an ad-hoc, flexible role on a zero-hour contract, perfect for someone who enjoys outdoor work and takes pride in keeping gardens and green spaces looking their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • General garden maintenance including:
  • Hedge trimming
  • Weeding and planting
  • Strimming and mowing
  • Keeping outdoor areas tidy and safe at all times
  • Assisting with seasonal planting and landscaping tasks
  • Supporting with any other groundskeeping or ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience desirable
  • Ability to use garden tools and equipment safely
