We are looking for a friendly, driven, and highly committed Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of our business. RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Manage and follow up on back orders
  • Prepare and issue customer quotes
  • Conduct price comparisons and support tender processes
  • Resolve customer complaints and returns professionally
  • Meet or exceed performance targets (KPIs such as response times, call handling, NPS)
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments where required
