As an SDR - Sales Development Representative, you will play an important part in helping us grow conversations with prospective clients and introduce Berwick Care's offering to the market.

Responsibilities

  • Predominantly telesales.
  • Handle high outbound call volumes as part of day-to-day sales activity.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings with prospective clients.
  • Manage pipeline follow-ups and keep outreach moving forward.
  • Maintain accurate activity logging.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in an SDR or similar outbound sales role.
  • Proven experience with phone-based sales, including handling high outbound call volumes, qualifying leads, and booking meetings.
  • Experience working toward daily and monthly outreach targets.
  • Organised approach to pipeline follow-ups and accurate activity logging.
  • Experience building rapport with prospective clients in outbound sales conversations.
  • Experience using a CRM system.
  • Business-fluent English.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Experience in the care home sector is a plus.
