We are looking for a dedicated Bank Dispatch and Warehouse Assistant to join our team (To include driving). This role is to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of goods to our customers while maintaining high standards in warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery Duties
    • Check goods onto the delivery van, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Deliver goods to customers, placing items in designated safe locations as requested.
    • Collect returned items from customers and process them accordingly.
    • Conduct daily vehicle safety checks to ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Warehouse Duties
    • Assist in unloading delivery vehicles efficiently.
    • Check off goods upon arrival and ensure accurate stock management.
    • Put goods away in designated storage areas, maintaining warehouse organisation.
    • Assemble and/or label products as required for dispatch.
    • Pick and prepare goods for dispatch to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to lift and move heavy goods safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid driver’s license.
