We're building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci's family! Our distinctive feature is the brick oven at each restaurant, made of 936 bricks that symbolize our strength and authenticity. We need you to help us grow — brick by brick — through innovation and excellence.
Server Responsibilities:
- Responsible for serving customers according to Bertucci's Service philosophy and guidelines.
- Provide hospitality by responding to guest needs, answering questions, taking orders, transmitting them to the kitchen, ensuring high standards, attending to customers in a friendly manner, and correctly handling payments, including cash out at the end of the shift.
- Set-up and break-down of dining and service areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, floors, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist coworkers as needed.
- Pre-bus tables.
- Greet customers courteously, inform about promotions, answer questions, and suggest menu items.
- Inspect food presentation and garnishes.
- Remove dishes between courses and after meals.
- Report complaints to management.
- Stock necessary items like silverware, condiments, and garnishes.
Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift 25-30 lbs.
- Work well under pressure.
- Stand and stay active for a 9-hour shift.
- Communicate effectively in English.
