Job Description

We\’re building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci\’s family! Our distinctive brick oven is at the heart of our restaurants, symbolizing our strength and authenticity. We are seeking passionate individuals to help us grow—brick by brick—through innovation and excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform dishwashing duties, including stacking, rinsing, cleaning, and drying dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and dough boxes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and dishwasher.
• Assist cooks with prep work as needed.
• Monitor and report on dishwasher operation and maintenance.
• Receive, unload, and rotate products from vendors.
• Assist with general location maintenance.

Position Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Commitment to high standards
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to stand and be active for a 9-hour shift
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
• Some heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs)
