- We are recruiting for a Business Operations Co-ordinator for our customer
- This is a 12 month contract, min 4 days onsite per week
- Role And Responsibilities
The EU Payroll IT team is responsible for the systems and processes supporting payroll operations across Spain, Belgium and the UK, with additional light touch support provided to other EU National Sales Companies (NSCs).
The team ensures payroll systems run reliably day to day while also delivering improvement and transformation initiatives.
Role Purpose
We are looking for a competent Business or Systems Analyst to join our EU Payroll IT team.
This role will split time between supporting business as usual (BAU) payroll IT activities and contributing to future programmes of work, particularly within the UK.
The ideal candidate will have strong core BA skills, with some technical understanding being a valuable bonus, particularly around system architecture, environments and release processes.
Skills Required
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within payroll, HR or a related HR/IT systems environment.
- Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting UAT and structured testing processes.
- Ability to work across multiple countries and stakeholder groups and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs for technical audiences and vice versa.
- Comfortable working in a BAU support environment alongside project and programme work.
- Basic understanding of system architecture diagrams and how to interpret them
Skills Preferred
- Awareness of environment planning (for example dev, test, UAT and production).
- Familiarity with release management processes.
- Understanding of FTP/SFTP file transfer processes, as commonly used in payroll data interfaces.
- General overview knowledge of cloud migration concepts and considerations.

- DEGREE 2:1 OR ABOVE
